I have a situation as I am writting my TY cards. I invited a couple to the wedding, only the guy came to the wedding. They gave us a generous gift. How do I write the TY card??

Do you still have the card they gave you? How did they sign it? You could use that to address it.
Otherwise, I'd address it to the couple.

You actually have the opportunity to make it really personal since only one of them came!
Address it to both of them, as in 'Dear Jane and Bob' and then say 'thank you both for your generous gift' and then you can put 'we are so glad bob was able to make it to the wedding to celebrate with us, and hope to be able to catch up with jane soon!'

I think just a 'thank you for your generous gift.' is good enough. I like what the other girl on here said too.
