I used to work on Wall Street, I was a trader but have since moved onto internet media sales. I feel your pain with the industry, it's such an old boys network and can really wear you down! I am MUCH happier where I am now and the $ is not too shabby.

I love this dress as well, but I have not yet gone to try it on and am trying to keep an open mind ! It's Amsale, I love how simple it is....

First thing - i sooooooo badly wanted to elope to Niagara Falls or Vegas but FH wanted a wedding...so we're having a wedding.. I'm happy about it - but part of me wants to go to Niagara Falls for New Years again this year and just do it privately...

Europe - we're doing Oktoberfest (in germany), England, Ireland & France if we can...if not we'll take out France.. We're going to go for 2 weeks...

But - right after we get married - we're spending Groundhog's day weekend in Punxsutawney, PA - doing that whole thing...which we both have always wanted to do.. .:)

Well I actually just graduated college. I used to be under my parents but since I graduated I have none now.

I work at an insurance firm. However since it is state run I did not take the union tests since you had to have a BA. Which means no benefits for me- because technically I am really only a temp employee.

But i hate it anyway it was really just a job to get good money will getting my masters. It helped me save alot of money so I cant complain. But since I have a BA's now and will be going for my masters I am ready for a REAL JOB lol

The banks are hiring pretty agressively right now, maybe you just need a change of scenery?

I love the dress in your album, it's very sophisticated and timeless. That's what I am looking for, I don't want to be like one of those unfortunate 80's brides where in 20 years people will be wondering what I was thinking!

I tried on a Romona Keveza the other day and loved that one as well, it's in my album. The one with the 'swooped' back.

Oh, Oktoberfest!!! (Hope you don’t mind me butting in here :D) I was in Munich last October, but about a week or so after Oktoberfest ended sadly. Still, it’s an absolutely awesome place!

I always get sad when I see people going to places in Europe—they never visit my Scandinavian countries, lol! Stockholm is my favorite favorite favorite place on earth, so beautiful. I’m also up for housing a LIWedding bride and FH at my apartment!!

Haha, I regularly confuse myself so not surprised I've confused someone else, lol. I'm talking about the apartment I have in Stockholm...for some reason, it sounds creepy if I was offering to house brides and grooms here!

Lol, I can take the snottiness!! I think most of the people at work (see how I brought it back to the orinigal topic? Awesome) think I’m snotty because whenever we talk about something, I’m always like “oh yeah, I did that when I was in Europe”….it’s not my fault that I spent the last year or so there!

Okay, so maybe it is my fault, lol. But the apartment is really the FH’s, where we lived for about a year before I came back to NY.
