The two women who work for me were a tremendous help on a major project that is about to end. Is there anything wrong with me giving them a small gift as a token of my appreciation? I was specifically thinking of a GC to the local salon-just enough for a manicure or a pedicure. Is that ok?

I think that would be fine and appreciated. I have done that in the past. If you work for a large company I would just clear it with HR.

at my real estate office my broker set a goal that anyone who got a listing in the month of dec he would take all those people to Pace's
