WORK OUT Tapes - Tae Bo??

Has anyone tried the new Tae Bo tapes with Bill yBanks? I own the old tapes and want to start working out again... I think the new tapes incorporate bands.

Any feed back or suggestions for workout tapes?

I used to do tapes and my favorites were by Gilad.

I didn't stick with it, so you may want to skip over my advice anyway.

I love tae bo! I have about 30 tapes and do them religiously....but, I haven't tried the new bootcamp tapes. I think his workouts are so good...and you can do them in the privacy of your home!

I have the Tae Bo boot camp with bands...my sister got tired of it easily so I took them over. I don't love them, but the bands do increase the intensity at least in the strength training portion. I still think the original videos are better and more fun but I mix it up with the boot camp ones. THey ARE hard so if you are looking to step it up, go for it!

I started doing Tae Bo also, I have the old tapes, its definitely a great work out! I havent heard anything about the newer ones.

The Windsor Pilates tapes are good too if you want to strengthen and tone your muscles.
