Work vent

I think I'm going to go crazy. I thought I would get some more responisbilites add one since someone left the department. We have a meeting with the department. Did my boss give me the other responisbilites...of course not. I was not happy. I'm there almost7 years busting my butt and I has got me nowhere. Sometimes I feel my boss doesn't like my work. She's the only one...everyone else likes my work. It might be time to look for work elsewhere. I just hope the job market is better.
