!@#$%^& That's how I feel right now. I just had my review which was pretty good, but because the events that I worked on did not reach a certain percentage I don't get a raise. Unbelievable. I'm not the only one in my division that this has happened to and we are FUMING!

I understand the concept - you make money for the company we give you more money. But come on, we're all new! Our first review should have been performance based!
