Work vent
So I got transferred a few towns over to help a store with whatever issues they are having. I get there and its a complete mess. I feel so defeated. The woman who is supposed to be running the show until the boss gets back is a moron. How am I supposed to help get a store back on track if the person in charge doesn't give a poop. It's not like I can go in there and take charge. Not to mention me and this chick are so not gonna get along. Yesterday was my first day ever in this store and she wanted to me clean up one of the stockroom sections. I come in today and shes like what happened insinuating that I didn't do anything. So I'm like I dunno you tell me. Looks like that section hasn't been done in months and theres just alot of random bs all over. Gonna take me awhile to fix. You're entire store is falling apart and you want to know why there are a few boxes on the floor. I'm more of a ok lets quit bsing and get crap done and she seems more like a let me stress about it for 3 hours and get nothing done. I am normally such a positive person when faced with a challenge but this time I just don't care. I actually thought about blowing off work and was like screw it if they fire me they fire me. This totally helped my decision to move back to NY. Not to mention FH job screwed him too. Have I mentioned how much Ma. sucks.
