I'm so sad that I have to work Christmas Eve AND DAY!!! I'm an nurse and I'll be spending the holidays @ the hospital!!

I'm not, but FH is working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day not to mention New Years Eve and New Years Day (6 am to 2 pm). He also worked Thanksgiving too
I hate that he has to work the holidays but I love the holiday pay rate!
My older sister is a nurse and the first couple of years she was working, she always worked holidays. It gets better with seniority.

FH is an anesthesiologist in residency and unfortunately he is in the same situation your in he has x mas eve, xmas, and even the saturday... ughhh.... They did the exact same thing to him Thanksgiving week. I guess we just have to make the best of it

FH is working (every major holiday and holiday eve all year) .... grrrr to the PD
but the way i look at it, both of you are so important that we cant go a day without you
