Ok, so I started working out seriously like 3 weeks ago.
Thus far, I've lost 5 pounds and my arms and legs are starting to look quite toned!
Yay!!!!!!!!! Just weighed myself today and was so excited. Plus even FH has noticed my leg toning

Yey congrats. I did an intense workout yesterday and my legs hurt so bad I can hardly move lol.

nice!!!!!!! I'm starting training tomorrow and I also asked FH if he can put a set of exercises for me since he's into bodybuilding, soooo starting tomorrow I'm busting my a$$!

NO I have been doing EA Active 2 on my Wii!
I've been doing the 9 week program on the hard level and it is kicking my a$$!
