Workout Buddy?

Anyone go to the NYSC in Port Jeff and want to work out together?

I need some motivation to drag my butt there. In the past having to meet someone has always worked!

Aww I'm sorry...I live in NJ but I do love NYSC and belong to it out here!! It's the best gym. If you can't find a workout buddy, what totally works for me are their classes!! If I ever feel unmotivated, having a class to go to really drags my butt there. The classes are awesome- they totally got me out of the plateau I was on a year or two ago.

Definitely check out Total Body Conditioning and Club Strength! I also love any kickboxing classes...spinning is good too!
