I am thinking about joining Lucille Roberts on 347 (across with SmithHaven mall) in Stony Brook/Lake Grove.
Does anyone want to be my workout buddy? I want to go after work around 5:30ish at least 3 times per week. Maybe more if we can motivate each other.

I live near Stony Brook now and that is the gym I should be going to but I can't move my lazy a**.

I ended up joining the gym at the Holiday Inn express on 347 after all. They have a nice facility there plus they got a swimming pool.

thats actually the gym i belong to! i love it there, you never get interrupted or kicked out of the pool if you're just frolicking instead of doing laps. now if only i could motivate myself to actually go once in a while lol

There is a gym in the hotel? That is good to know. I pass by it everynight. Does it get busy?

Not at all. Sometimes on the weekend they have pool parties. But thats a rare occasion.
