workout dvd...?
Ladies...I need to get motivated & refuse to join another gym because I just won't go! LOL
So I am going to try getting a workout dvd. I narrowed it down to 2 selections.
Jillian Michaels (any suggestions to which one?)

Tracy Anderson...she was on Oprah today and works with Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, she has 3 new dvds out.
