WORKOUT DVD RAVE

A week or two ago someone posted about the Womens Health Wedding Workout DVD--- well I ordered it and did it today. Its great!! I got off of Amazon.com. It has upper body, lowerbody, abs and cardio workouts. And as a bonus feature --a love your honeymoon 'strip tease 101' which was pretty comical.
Highly reccoment the workout though!
