Re: Workout music?
I was just thinking yesterday that if someone found my ipod they would toss it in the trash..I really only use my ipod for work outs and my taste in gym music sux. It's filled with techno and dance music which I normally don't like but for some reason it's the only music that keeps me motivated. Maybe it annoys me to the point of feeling hateful
Bad song examples include: All This Time-Sylver Toxic-Britney Spears Dontcha and Buttons-Pussycat Dolls (this one really keeps me motivated bc I think of the bodies on these beotches
I have some good songs by U2, Coldplay and Enigma for cool downs.

Can't you tell that I'm a cheeseball too? Just look at my workout playlist. My new favorites are Pump up the Jam and It Takes Two. It reminds me of middle school.

I do the same with that Fergie song...especially when she sings 'I'll be up at the gym just workin' on my fitness'
A few songs I have are: Get 'em High: Kanye West Get Right: Jennifer Lopez Since You've Been Gone: Kelly Clarkson Hyptoniz: Biggie La Tortura: Shakira
if I play My Love- Justine Timberlake... I just end up dancing on the treadmill or wish I was at home dancing in my living room.

Re: Workout music?
i'm into hardcore, punk, metal music however, hip hop on the gym radio also gets me pumped. but just depends on who it is. actually i have to agree with the blink182 statement. they're music is so poppy and upbeat it helps.

Me too! it's embarassing! But whatever...it keeps me moving! A few I love (new ones and some old school):
Ring the Alarm: Beyonce London bridge: Fergie I gotta Man: Young MC maybe? Tipsy: Akon? Maybe? Actually I don't think so...here let me sing it 'Everyone in the club gettin tips, everyone in the club gettin tipsy!' Hips Don't Lie: Shakira That Whistle song from a rapper guy (wow this is very helpful of me! LOL) Let's Get Married: another rapper guy I think but it's a reminder to work out harder! I Need a Hero: Bonnie Tyler
