My baby is due in 1 week and I really want to get my workout plan. I can't exercise for 6weeks but I just want to get everything ready I need to get my Arse in shape. I am doing these exercises from the ABS diet 3 days a week but I need some kind of cardio the other 3 days. I was just wondering how that booty ballet is. I remember people talking about it and I saw it in the store for $40 and it had a lot of videos and stuff. I need something fun and I think that would be a fun alternative to those stupid aerobic videos. Can anyone give me any feedback from it. Does it work? Is it fun?

it is alot of fun...alot of it is dancing and very energetic so it keeps you entertained. I definitely recommend it, it goes by fast and doesnt feel like one of those workouts that drag

Re: Workout question?
awwww 1 week til baby time.. that's soo exciting!!!
I've never tried that workout but it sounds like fun!!!! If there's a lot of dancing involved i feel like i'd def. stick to something more.. so it's def. worth a try. I have the carmen electra striptease set.. and i really enjoy those!! I guess cause it's different it keeps my attention. Some of the Crunch videos are pretty good too.
When my MOH had her twins she did WW with me since she saw what great results i had.. and then she added on some pilates tapes.. she figured it would be good to try since she wasn't supposed to work out to hard at first while she was recovering. she lost i'd say 60+ pounds!! She said she saw a big difference once she started the pilates.. and they were like 10 minute workouts... but you could really feel it!!!
I think the key is really just finding something you enjoy at least a little cause it's easier to stick to then!! You're gonna do great!!
