I was wonder is anyone is using a workout that either that they put together or one that they got from a personal trainer. I have been going to the guym about 2 - 3 times a week and I am looking to increase that since I my week nights have freed up some.
I really appreciate your help. I need a plan to follow otherwise i just do a little of everything which amounts to nothing.

Re: Workout Routine
I rejoined Weight Watchers to take care of the 'diet' part
As far as the gym, I got 6 x per week in the am and do at least 35-40 min of cardio (treadmill, bike, or eliptical) and every other time I am there I do light weights on my arms.
This routine started 2 weeks ago and I lost 4 pds to date.

Re: Workout Routine
So far I found that the pilates ab workout is great. I myself have lost 5 pounds since January, which doesnt seem like a lot, but I eat whatever I want...may plan is to keep it off and loose 10 more in a year....I am also thinking about going on weight watchers to loose the extra 10 (it has worked for me in the past) also I bought 5 lb weights from target and do arm excersises a couple times a week.

Re: Workout Routine
I try to do 30-45 mins of aerobic, (treadmill, bike, stair climber) about 4-5 times a week. I also try to incooperate some weight lifting. I take abs classes at NYSC 2x per week, and sometimes take step aerobics.

Re: Workout Routine
I do spinning 2 to 3x a week at NYSC. Also, I work out my arms and do a 30 minute cardio before the spinning.

Re: Workout Routine
check out the bridal bootcamp thread i started. i'm going to be doing that with weight watchers core. i've been doing the core diet for about a month, and have lost about 10 lbs. without really excercising too much. i'm hoping to tone up a little with bootcamp.
