Hi! I've been a longtime gym goer but since I have bought a house, got married and am raising a puppy, I'm thinking I will want to workout at home. I am buyign a tredmill but in the meantime, can anyone recommend a go workout video to buy? I need a good cardio workout. I am not really overweight just want to lose 5-10 lbs and really tone up. TIA!

try www.collagevideo.com. They have tons of selection. When you call their customer service line, you can speak with reps who have actually worked out with a lot of the videos they sell and can tell you about them and which would best suit your needs. HTH!

Been doing those as well, but get bored with them, I still really love my tae bo live tapes and also my Yoga Booty Ballet! I need some new ones too though.

Cathe Friedrich is by far my favorite for cardio. But she's tough!
