I was just wondering if anyone had any workout or exercise programs that are fun, quick and easy? Right now, I am biking and running daily but that will end with the summer...I need to make sure I stay fit throughout the winter

what is that? You know what I want to try is that one on tv right now about dancing? It almost looks like you are at a club and they give you the pole and everything!!

I started doing Pilates about 2 months ago & I absolutely love it! I do the yoga classes also, but prefer the Pilates. It really gets you toned.

You could actually check out your local school district....my district has adult ed classes and I took Pilates and Yoga for $30 each for 12 weeks. The classes were one night a week for an hour....There are some places in medford that charge $20 session....Let me know if you hear of any other deals

If you're a Dr. Oz fan then you'll love the YOU on a Diet book. I went online and found a 2-week food plan and 20 min work out routine that i'm loving!
its something different than my regular gym routine.

Years ago, I used to do Tae Bo. I loved those tapes. I still have them if you want - don't use them anymore. Now, I do kickboxing and step at the gym (haven't done it in a WHILE, but will be getting back into it in Sept).

I go The Yoga Center in Babylon Village...the staff is great. But yes, I know the school district I teach in offers classes at night. I may try them when they start back up again, I think in the fall. They're a lot cheaper than what I pay now...

I LOVE Tae Bo! When I lost my original 80 lbs I alternated that with going to the gym and it was fantastic! They really do work the different parts of your body. If you don't want them I'll take them off your hands

Re: Workout/Exercise Programs
You need to live in the district. I live in one district but work in another.
