Worried...

So...I can't go into too much detail because I am still working with this vendor and I don't want to affect anything that happens from here on out...

But I am really worried. This is a vendor that gets rave reviews on here, so that should help, but they are doing something for me and the product was ready today. I went over to pick it up and it...just was not what I expected at all. It almost looked sloppy, and I couldn't believe that they would be satisfied with its condition enough to hand it over to a customer.

To be fair they said they would work with it and try to get it up to my standards, but I'm really worried I'm just not going to like the finished product and its not cheap.

I know I'm being so vague and there's no advice you girls can really give me, but I just wanted someone to listen

Hope they fix it!!!

I am not going to sugarcoat anything.. that could be a bad warning sign.
But also, giving them the benefit of the doubt (which they may not deserve since you are a paying customer)... I think vendors are super busy around this time of year with weddings. That isn't a valid excuse, but it may explain why something may have been rushed and/or sloppy.
