When I first started planning my wedding I had planned for 125 people or so. I booked the Veranda room at East Wind. It holds up to 190 people.
My problem is that my guest list is up to about 180 people. We aren't expecting that many no's.
I'm wondering if I should see how much moreone of the other rooms at East Wind would cost. Do they charge differently per room?

if an RH has different rooms and other are obviously a lot bigger than others, it's my guess that they may up the price if you plan on moving to a bigger room. By how much, I am not sure

if you move to a bigger room then you will up your guarentee and you might be screwed later on when rsvps come back and people start saying no. if 180 is your list right now they you should have nothing to worry about with the 125 room

The room holds a max 190 - I'm afraid its going to be a tight fit

You may end up with some surprising NO's and some surprising Yes's. We did. Planned on 100, invited 125, final count 90. We sent out our invites and spoke to people who said they would def be there and got their response and it was No. People are strange. If the room holds 190 and your guest list is 180, you should be ok once the responses start coming in.

I don't think they would charge you THAT much more...I would ask the RH and see what they say..since you already booked, they may help ya out

It does not hurt to call them and ask, but I think you will be fine. Where is the Veranda room? I never heard of that one.
