Worried About Wedding Day Breakouts...sooooo what is

The BEST face wash... something to use am-pm and prevent the chance of a breakout coming the day of... which would really me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i got lucky and didnt have any breakouts the day of my wedding, but on my trial i was break our galore, but the lady did my makeup wonderful and you couldnt even tell i had anyhting on my face

I like to be over prepared and not even have to worry though lol...

I've been using Avon Anew Ultra Cream Cleanser in the am... and Anew Retroactive 2-in-1 at night with the Clarifying Essence Toner...

It's kind of expensive, but you can always find it on eBay... which is how I get it.

In highschool for prom I would use proactive for like a month before to make sure I never broke out, and I NEVER did .. For the wedding, I had gotten facials so I wouldn't break out. And they worked too

What kind of facials would you recommend and how long before the wedding did you get them? And how many did you get? Sorry for all of the questions, but I want to do the same thing

I've just been using clean and clear deep pore facial scrub in the morning and using their pore cleansing toner afterward. I also use both at night.

Knock on wood, my face has been clear. My blackheads are also starting to go away :)

dont stress about this bc the day of it will all work out. I broke out a few days before the wedding, i couldn't believe it and was so upset. The morning of i just thought OMG i am going to be so hideous. Well the make up artist worked miracles bc you couldn't see it.

You could try proactiv but when you first start using it, your face gets a bit red and dries you out alot.

Dove and neutrogena both have good face washes.

I use other things but i'd be afraid of it drying you out too much.

Its really natural and makes my skin very smooth. I was refered by someone who works with models and said they use it. Also, I am going to make a appointment for a dermitogoligist a few days before just in case I need a shot for any pimples.

I would recommend going to a spa and asking the woman what is best for your skin, because I have combo skin, so it might be different for you. But they can definitly make a regiment for you! I started going 3 months before the wedding, and I went every 3 weeks up until the wedding. If you have anymore questions just ask! It totally was great for me, I would recommend it for anyone!

Every night for about 1 month, was using the old school Noxema, putting it on my face like a mask, leaving on for about 30 min, then washing off...it really softened my skin & reduce blemishes a great deal....
I also made derm appt for 3 days prior to my wedding day - it ended up working out perfectly - had 2 blemishes injected with cortisone & I was pimple-free for MY day! hth

I must say I never thought of Neutrogena.. But so far a bunch of you girls have said it..

I will be picking it up thanks cant hurt to start now right!

I love Clinique and St. Ives stuff, but it really depends on your type of skin -- I have very sensitive skin that cannot deal with fragrances and oils, but I also need some exfoliation help.

Also try to schedule a dermatologist appointment a day or two before your wedding just in case you get a major pimple -- they can inject it with cortisone to get it to go away.

I really love it, my face feels so clean and fresh after!! (And I have tried lots of cleansers) She even told me it can take off your make up too!! I do that before I wash but I guess with this you dont really have to!! Good luck!!
