Worried and Sad.. :(

Hi girls,

I am very regular with my period. Well about a month after the miscarriage, I got my period. Friday I should have got my period again. All last week leading up to last Friday, I got all the classic symptoms of pre menustration. The boobs, etc. My period never came on Friday, nothing, nada, not even a stain. It is now Monday.! Like I said, I am never, never late. Maybe a day but no more. Could my cycle be throw off from the miscarriage. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it said negative. what do you girls think I need should do? I normally wouldn't be this upset, but I have an app't for this Friday for a hysterosonogram. I need to have that test done the day after my period. NOw, if I get my period I will probably have it on that day and can't take the test... God knows when I will be able to reschedule at that place (so busy). I am just so sad, because everyone around me is announcing their pregnancies. I went to a christening over the weekend and everyone was either preggo about to pop or had a recently born babies. baby boom in that family. Just hard you know.

Any suggestions on what to do??

Thansk, just had to vent.

Denise! Don't fret, the sterss isn't good for you. I'd ask the dr's office...they are the dr's. I don't know anything about miscarrying and what happens to your schedule. Sorry, just wanted to give you some for moral support

I am so sorry Denise,
I totally understand your stress,
I would call the office you are having your test done First?
and see what they can do for you?

I totally know how you feel, there is a baby boom going on all around me right now,
babies just being born,
christening next weekend,
lots of New Preggos,
including my sister who has a 14 month year old.

Its hard, but we just need to stay strong and positive and just take things day by day.
best of Luck
I am sending you Happy thoughts!!

I can relate too! I have a friend having her 2nd baby this Thursday. I have a baby shower in a few weeks (that baby is due December). There are days I can not go on the TTC and Parenting boards because even though I am happy for the new expecting mommy I am jealous at the same time.

I just wanted to say I am sorry
I agree with everyone about contacting your doctor... If you got your period the first month as you normally do, then I would imagine this month would be the same.
Maybe if you dont get AF tomorrow you should take another test?
Good Luck

Re: Worried and Sad.. :(

Well, I am so worried sick that I actually had my OB/GYN squeeze me in for a blood test.

I also didn't mention to you guys that I have been having pains where my ovaries are. I read today on the internet, that I could have an etopic pregnancy and the HPT are not accurate enough to pick up small amounts of HCG, a blood test is the way to go to be sure, I am not preggo.

I know too much information. But I would feel better seeing my doctor..

Thank you all once again for all your support and kind words...

I will let you all know tomorrow what he says.

Love you all,
Denise

Re: Worried and Sad.. :(

Thank you.

UPDATE:

I am not preggo. I wish my dr. would have taken a blood test, but he didn't. I guess he felt a urine test was sufficient. He put me on Provera to 'jump start' my period.

Hopefully I get it soon.

Is anyone familiar with Provera?? I don't want to have any problems when I do try to concieve.

Thanks,
Denise
