if you are on the pill you can skip the visit and reaarange - i did that already. poor planning on my part when we first set the date but now im in the clear for the wedding and the honeymoon. If you are on the pill instead of taking the last week of the pills you just start the new pack, that was one way I was told to do it.

I am on the NUVARING, it has enough hormones to hold you over for 28 days. You are supposed to take it out after 21...For two months I used it for 23 and then 24 days, so it pushed Santa up for one extra week, otherwise it would have shown up on the Monday I was leaving Montego Bay...I will now get it the following week...

Start ASAP! It might take youa few months to adjust to the pill. Then you will still have a few months left to alter things. You should alter it a few months in advance because you can still have light bleeding.

I actually worked out the calendar before we picked our date to avoid that little problem. I should have it the week before, since I am on the pill it was easy to work out.

Me too. I've been on the pill for around 3 years now, but he is changing it for a few months, and having me skip the weeks where I would have it. I was okay for the wedding, but my HM isn't until 2 weeks later, and that's when it was going to come. I'd almost rather have it for the wedding! LOL.
