We blocked out a bunch of hotel rooms & they will hold our special rate until Nov. 9th. I just called & only 7 rooms are reserved! For all the OOTer's, there should be in the 20's for reservations!! Why aren't people reserving yet?? NONE of our friends traveling from FL have reserved yet (that's like 10 rooms right there)..I know they are planning on staying there..... I've reminded people & I guess that's all I can do- right??

They probably figure they have over a month. you know how people wait til the last minute.

All you can do is gently remind them, or have your parents remind people as they talk to them. If they lose the rate, that's their fault for waiting to the last minute. I know on our information cards, it clearly indicated the cut-off date for reserving a room at that rate.
