WORST FLORIST EVER!!!

Warning.. this is long.. but it was so terrible.. I HAVE to vent!!

ok I had an appt tomorrow at the enchanted flower cottage in Farmingdale.. last minute I had to cancel.. I called this morning asked if I could reschedule.. she said yes... I asked if she had anything open today she said come in 7:30pm-8:00pm b/c apparently she still had Valentine's day orders to fill.

ANYWAY.. we got there around 7:35 pm and the walk from the back parking lot to the front of the store was COMPLETE ice.. we tried walking up the hill and we both almost slipped.

Since we didn't feel like dying tonight.. my FH knocked on the back door.. a woman said we can't come in that way because the flowers are there.. he tried explaining that we almost fell and she said no.. she wasn't even at all apologetic. He wanted to leave right away.. but a friend reccomended them so I figured we should give it a shot.

We parked literally 2 feet away from the door.. which isn't really part of the lot.. it was their walkway.. but I figured it would be ok.. we walked inside and the woman Barbara said YOU ARE SOOOO EARLY.. and by this time it was about 7:45.. I thought we were right on time.. but I apologized and said we could come back.. or reschedule.. she said no.. but she was very busy. She made us feel completely uncomfortable because in 3 minutes she said atleast 5 times that we were so early. I asked if it was ok to park where we were and she said yes.. I told her there was ice outside and she said because it was cold outside. At this point I wanted to punch her in the ovaries and say OH YEA REALLY SHERLOCK??

She glanced down at pictures I had in my hands and said 'Well I hope you brought pictures of EXACTLY what you want' and I said if you don't have time right now to go through options we can definitely reschedule.. she said that it was fine but she would have to clean up so there was a place for us to sit and I said ok .. and she said 'See this is why I made the appt for tomorrow' She was completely obnoxious and FH and I just looked at eachother.. looked at her.. and walked right out of the door. She didn't say a word or even try to stop us.

I know that everyone has a bad day.. not everyone is perfect.. but HOW can you imagine that people will patronize your business if you act like a complete and total *****?!

Sorry.. just had to get that off my chest.. and sorry and no offense to anyone who may be using them!!!
