Worst Job You've Ever Had

I've seen a lot of us talk about our jobs and professions, and not always kindly. But let's face it ladies, NOTHING compares to the jobs we had as teens.
With that being said, what would you say has been your worst job ever?

Mine? I worked at a warehouse, where I was supposed to be answering phones, filing etc in the office. I ended up on an assembly line that very much resembled a sweat shop AND I had to clean the bathroom - the thought of which STILL makes me gag.

Sterns shoe department!

Women get NASTY about shoes. I had one lady (with a baby in a stroller) curse me out because i dared to bring her out alternates (she asked for a size 8.5 in a white shoe, so it was sterns policy we bring out the 8 and 9 if we didn't have the 8.5!). One lady threw a boot at me cause she thought it was on sale, but it wasn't. One lady wanted me to put the shoe on her foot (we were NOT full service) and she had bunions up the kazoo!

Horrible. SLAVE LABOR.

I was a dining hall worker and supervisor in college...I couldn't wait to graduate just so that I would never have to see the inside of a dishroom ever again!

Well I worked at KFC and had to go the garbage - try smelling chicken guts when its 90 degrees out -

I worked for a WC and PI plaintiff's law firm...assisted 5 attorneys with another girl who was a complete witch! I had so much work (handled 150 cases by myself- the place was a case warehouse) and was so stressed, that the day that I received a call from a company that I work for now (and always wanted to work for) offering me a position, I cried with tears of happiness and relief! It was the worst job experience I have ever gone through-being treated like a slave...

I worked at CATERING HALLS! Yup...I couldn't beat the pay it gave me for two or three nights of work through school, but I definitely did not like the work...lol

I worked at CATERING HALLS! Yup...I couldn't beat the pay it gave me for two or three nights of work through school, but I definitely did not like the work...lol

I really had a great job all through HS and College. I worked in a camp as a camp counselor. We went on field trips once a week to all these neat places, got to play with kids and made great money doing it. I really hated giving up that job and coming into the real world!! Blah

I worked for Merry Maids for like a week. I hated the fact that the people would just sit there and just watch you clean their house.

I was a manager for Victoria Secret Beauty (the perfume part) and it was horrible! First of all, barley anyone goes in there, so you are standing by yourself (most of the time, or until the part time girl comes in) all day. Secondly, on Sundays, they were 12- 14 hour days, sometimes all alone. And the #1 reason this job was HORRIBLE was that for some reason there was this weird thing where the VS girls managers told them not to associate or help out VSB girls SOOOO sometimes on those 14 hour days, I couldn't even eat or use the bathroom, because VS manager told his girls not to watch my room. Used to call FH crying everyday (well only the 6 I used to work) Oh yeah, and if you worked over time, witch you ALWAYS had to do, instead of time and a half, you got half time!!!

worked at a catering hall where the people were just nasty to me.,,and some of my friends that worked there! terrible people to us!

Okay I have three different Jobs here that I had that were just horrible!
I worked in Security when I just finished HS. I worked at make up factory and I was suppose to montor the shipping and recieving. It was dirty, long hours, dirt pay and they didn't feel the need to give breaks, my boss was a drunk, my supervisor was doing drugs up stairs where the offices.

I worked for Ambulance company that would work you 16 or more hours str8. They didn't give you breaks, and for some odd reason they love to team me up with the girl who was 118 soaken wet. Once we had a patient with MS that weight 750 pounds!!!

I now work doing home care as a home health aide! I hate! I have wonderful people slowing dying in front of me. Also I had one patient who thought painting the walls with fieces was a good idea. Needless to say I'm looking for a new job!
