Worst news ever

Found out today that my grandmother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer...she is my only grandparent left, they also discovered spots on her livre, if those spots are cancer she has 3 to 6 months to live which would mean she wouldnt live to see me walk down the aisle

I am so heartbroken! Im prolly taking a break from wedding planning for a little while.

please remember to stay strong for your grandmother and send her nothing but positive thoughts, sometimes mind over matter really is the key to geteting through difficult times.

I am so sorry... My nanny (grandma) passed away from pancreatic cancer four years ago.. It was devastating. I know exactly how you feel. I am so sorry.

I am soooo sorry to hear this. My prayers go out to her, you and your family. Someone close to me also just got diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and she is going for the whipple surgery but the prognosis is still not great. If you need to talk, i'm here.
My grandfather had the whipple! It's so unusual to have - and he is still here with us after 15 years!

Wow that's great! My nan (grandma) had the whipple procedure and it only gave her six months or so. I wish it would have prolonged her life with us.

oh no i am so sorry to hear that. FH is going through the EXACT same thing. His grandfather was given 6 months to live back in November because of pancreatic cancer.
