WORST. WEEK. EVER.

I spent about an hour crying this morning... For tons of reasons that I can't even begin to list all of them here.

Anyway, I was supposed to have e-pics on Tuesday but my MU (was doing my trial that day) needed to reschedule. My photog was extremely flexible and the owner himself offered to shoot ours but only had tomorrow available. LOOK at tomorrow's forecast! FH's business is seasonal and very busy right now. He doesn't have the flexibility to keep taking off. Our photog said to touch base tomorrow but the weather looks horrendus. Its been absolutely gorgeous all week but $hits on tomorrow. I'm so down in the dumps lately I can't take it.

Unemployed, hurricane leaving us with no power for 6 days- had to throw away all our food, my moms b-day who died 7yrs ago which always makes me emotional, family drama, health issues, and now this! All in a matter of 3wks... Really hard to not feel sorry for myself right now. I'm emotionally exhausted!

I am so sorry....try to step back and take a few deep breaths.

It seems as if your photographer is very understanding so e would obviously postpone again if it rains. I understand your FH cant just take off whenever so just try to pray for some nice weather tomorrow!!

I'm sorry you've been having a rough time. FH was unemployed for 2 years so I know how much stress that can cause, along with everything else that's on your plate right now. It seems like when it rains it pours but you have to think that eventually things will have to start getting better. Hopefully tomorrow will be nice and sunny but know that no matter when you take them I'm sure they will come out beautiful. If you ever need to vent (I myself have been through a lot of family issues and such, that's why I majored in psychology ) I have a lot of free time since I'm out on workers comp right now so feel free to FM to and let it all out

but trust me, i've been there with the rain on epics... if there's a chance of rain you're honestly better off rescheduling for another day. The first time I went to take my pictures, the sky was dark all day and then cleared up in the afternoon so we decided to shoot. As we were driving to the shoot, it looked like armageddon outside. We literally took 5 pictures and then the sky opened up and it poured the entire time during our shoot. We were lucky that we had the option to go indoors in needed but practically all of our pictures were inside. Our photographer wasn't 100% happy with the shoot so he wanted to redo them. Looking back on it now, it would have been much easier to just reschedule the first shoot for another day.

Of course, after we were done, the sun came out and there was a beautiful rainbow

Sorry to hear...but it will get better! I know how you feel as I was unemployed this time last year, and it feels like things cant get any worse. A year later, I now am my own boss and love what I do. I know it sounds corny and cliche, but things will get better!

Your FH sounds like a great guy too, and it seems like your photographer is flexible with scheduling. If it makes you feel just a bit better, we had a horrendous situation with our e-pics and ended up having to fire our original photographer. Luckily we found someone that my sister used 5 years ago, and he was available 3 months before our wedding. The guy who took the crappy pics still won't give us our deposit back, but that's another story!

Just try to take deep breathes and look at the big picture, and focus on the positive...

praying for no rain...so far so good! our epics were on a miserably cloudy, humid day but they still came out great.

So sorry to hear. You have a lot on your plate right now and I completely understand. My wedding planners just backed out of their contract and I've been crying for the last three days. On top of that I'm from out of town and I'm also searching for a job. I'm just an emotional wreak right now too!! Stay strong!!! I keep telling myself that things will come together in the end and I keep reminding myself that I should be looking forward to not only the party I have to plan on my own now but the life I will share with my FH!!!!!

I'm sorry that your going through all of this. I totally understand your FH's schedule. Mine works seasonal as well and this is his BUSY time until December.

Sorry you're going through all of that...hopefully the weeks to come will be much better! I know what it's like being unemployed right now and definitely sometimes get really down, but there's always something in your life to make you feel better - for me it's my dog or FH sometimes lol Feel better!
