Yes, the cake and fillings was fine, it was that hard pasty fondant that killed it!!! Yuck!![]()

Oh yeah, Jaime, that song we were singing in the car was 'Bad Leroy Brown'....the baddest cat in the whole damn town.....
I should say that one of the waitstaff was telling us that the chocolate used was NOT the cheap $3/lb lollipop chocolate but a much higher grade of chocolate and you could tell the difference. For those of you who are using a chocolate fountain, I strongly suggest making sure the chocolate being used is of good quality.
Just admit it already...the chocolate fountain was better than you expected!!!I want to see you say it publically for all to see!!!

The raspberry filling was great. Didn't like the mouse(?) filling. I prefer a buttercream filling. So, in my opinion and mine alone, I found the cake to be lacking. Others found it to be deeee-lish!Is this okay now?

It tasted great. the presentation was lovely. People loved it.
BUT
Towards the end there was chocolate all over the tablecloth and that's one other reason why I don't want one. I have to be honest - even though you rock Jaime.
