So... I read this post as kind of a lurker, but then I got interested!
I shared it with DH and he said...
maybe the bottom part is like an automatic signature that shows up on the bottom of every email she writes. is that possible? he said that sometimes the signature can even change based on the topic of the email.
this is the only thing (besides being brainwashed) that could make sense to me!
