because my cramps are soooooooooo bad right now i seriously would really love to just beat the crap out of somebody.

i hate effing cramps. i hate that i wanted to get some work done today and now i have to put it off till tomorrow b/c i don't want to punch clients in the face, they might not like it. i hate that i am mad at EVERYTHING FH does for the past 24 hours. i hate that i cried last night at hollywood video b/c i didn't see anything good to rent. i'm not even joking i'm an emotional crampy MESS!!
ughhhhhhhh!
ok that's it, i'm going back to bed with the heating pad and some ice cream or something.
i hate being a girl!

I take Advil liquid gels and they work like magic every time! If you have any of those around the house then try them.
Hope youre feeling better soon. Believe me, I know what youre going through!

Excedrin Migrain is the greatest medication EVER. It's every kind of pain killer plus a lttle caffine. In college we called it Crack in a Bottle.

talk to your dr. I have ridiculous cramps too and she gave me a prescription for 800 mg of midol and I sware it's the miracle drug

you know what?! you just reminded me that FH's mom always has exced migraine and she gave it to me once when i had really bad cramps (like i always do) and that actually worked!!
i can't believe i forgot about that. thank you for reminding me...i'm gonna take my sorry self down to CVS and get me somma that!!

i had bad BAD cramps yesterday at my bbq i had to leave and get aleve liquid gels since that is the only thing that works for me and then take anti diara pills because i felt like i had to poop myself due to the cramps. Couldn't fig out if i had them or ate something bad but felt so much pressure all over down there. Needless to say one of the pills worked in 15 minutes and i was happy, eating and drinking up a storm yesterday.

I get the same way, I don't know if it's my IBS or my cramps, or possibly both. It's some good times

midol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know how you feel though..i get them so bad sometimes that i can't even get up! i actually am back on birth control!! so im thrilled..but i hope you feel better..try midol..always seems to work for me!!!

And lay on the hot pads!! Over in 'our' section of CVS there are these self-heating hot pads that you stick on the inside of your underwear and they stay hot for like 8 hours. They work SO great (and I get really bad cramps that I swear sometimes only horse tranqs will help. LOL). The best part is you can wear them at work so you're not doubled over in pain.
