Re: Would dress be better?
Shelzy, I try the ones from JCP on... And avoid bias cuts unless you want to make your behind look bigger (that's what bias cuts do to me). I don't know what shoppes are in the shoping center but if any of them are chains, let us know....

Re: Would dress be better?
Is there an Ann Taylor or a Loft near you?
I bought a dress there on sale, where its spaghetti straps, black with tiniy white polka dots, and from waist onward it cut with a flair/a-line style. And the best part for you is that the dress comes with a tie-back shirt, the kind that you wrap around your waist.
Its made of silky fabrick and the shirt is see through (so they would see your arms just a bit)

I am having sleeves put on the dress, and hopefully I will be making them a bit better then now, by October.

On the web, ann taylor has 16 as their highest size, but their sizes do run a tiny bit big, so if you're 18 that may work.
