would it be ok to wear

a sweater dress and leggings to the 2011 shower???

I wanted to wear a dress but all of my dresses are summer styles. I have nothing for winter. I was going to wear pants but I want to be comfortable.

Heres what I had in mind:

-Cream sweater dress, short sleeved with a cowl neck
- black leggings
-my mid calf black boots
-either a black belt or chain belt for accent.


What do you think???
