My boss and the HR VP always invite everyone in our department and the HR department out to lunch, EXCEPT FOR ME EVERYTIME!!! And they say it's bc I have to stay to answer the phone.... well maybe one time someone else could answer the phone? And they always use the company money to go too...

I've had this happen. I don't care really. I remember the one lunch I went to it was so akward. I wanted to stab myself with the fork. Plus, I'm pretty quiet..
