Re: Would you
Depends on the amount, honestly. $50 or more, yes. Less than that, I'd just figure that time is money, and I'm paying for the convenience of having it closer to me for fittings and to pick it up.

Re: Would you
Hell Yeah!!! Times are tough and a little extra travel time is no big if it means significant savings. Besides, it isn't like you are asking people to travel to Maine. Lol

ITA. Less than $50, you're spending that on gas/travel anyway.

Re: Would you
I agree with the above, it would have to be at least $50 cheaper, any less I'd figure I'd wind up spending the difference in time and gas once alterations and everything was said and done.

i agree ... i probably wouldn't care about $20 ... but if it was more than that, i would.
One possible option for you is to have the BMs try on the dresses in smithtown and then order them from the cheaper store ... then just have one person go pick up all of the dresses when they come in, and get them altered by you best of both worlds

Re: Would you
for a small saving, like $10-20, probably not since that is what it would cost me in gas alone. But anything over that, then I def would!

Re: Would you
If its a nice chunk of change, yes. Otherwise no. I went from queesn to suffolk and found the bm dress about $20 cheaper but didn't go thru that store...

Re: Would you
totally - i'm having my girls come into the city
they can always order and then pick it up/have it shipped and have it altered closer to their houses.

the dresses were it hink75$ cheaper there and NO TAX.. and i had an awesome experience with the store on a previous order.
some girls complained.. even tho i drove and paid tolls..some were thankful.
