Would you add anything to this menu

Tomorow night I am having a dinner at my house for my best friends. We've been doing this for like 5 years, we call it 'Best Friend Christmas Eve' Its usally held at my friends apartment but with us having a house now I though we would hold it here. I have 10 people (inc us) for dinner, here is the menu

Pot Roast
Carrots
Scalloped Potatos
Corn
Fresh homemade bread
tossed salad

Should I add something else?

Your sides sound great-my only thought is to make sure all your guests are 'red' meat eaters. If I serve any type of beef, ham, brisket, etc., I normally also serve some sort of poultry or pasta unless I'm sure all my guests are carnivores.

I was thinking of making rice y gandules but I thought that there would be too many starchy foods. I dont know maybe I'll make some ziti and marinara sauce.

Dessert: I made mini cheescakes (cherry, chocolate and raspberry), I'm also serving a birthday cake for my MOH and I'm sure that people are going to bring other desserts
ETA: Also serving chocolate fondue served with bananas, graham crackers, pineapple, marshmellows

As for a specialty drink~no~but there will be lots of wine, rum, beer, amaretto etc....
