Would you be mad???

I am so pissed right now and may be over exaggerating...what do you girls think??


I called Jericho Terrace this afternoon because I'm in need of direction cards for my invites. When I called this woman answered, I asked her if it would be possible to mail me direction cards. With an attitude as if I was annoying her she asked me for my name and the city I live in and placed me on hold for about 3 minutes. When she returned to the line she asked me for my name again and address. She asked how many direction cards am I in need of. I said, 200....She sarcastically laughed and said, your inviting 400 guests??...I said, excuse me? She said, your inviting 400 guests?...I said no, I'm inviting 300...she said well your asking for 200 direction cards. I said, I am inviting 300 but I would like you to send me 200 just in case. She said, fine they will be in the mail tomorrow and hung up!!

I got her name and plan on telling my BM about this, I am not shelling out all this cash to be questioned and deal with an attitude like that! Who the hell is she to question how many people I am inviting to my wedding????She is the receptionist for crying out loud, it's none of her business!!!! If I want 500 she should just said them without question.

That is terrible and yes, I would be VERY upset! I'm srry she was such a wench, but trust me...it should in no way diminish your excitement. They do a beautiful wedding!

Hi Sasha, I know can you believe her??...I will not let her diminish my excitement however she did ruin the rest of my day at work

Call your BM and tell him...that is absolutely unnaceptable and would deter me from booking if I was a prospective bride...sorry!

BTW, I posted pics (my professional ones, finally!) in my review and there are JT shots!

Thanks girls, I wanted opinions because sometimes I let things get to me for no reason and I wasn't sure if others would get mad if they were in my shoes...thanks for listening, I will definitely let Mike Closs know because that is like you said completely unacceptable and I'm not letting her get away with that crap.

I would be really upset! I would definitely speak to your BM. It helps trust me...I had a major run in with a someone through a 'service' Scotto Brothers provided...that run in saved me some $$$.

I WOULD be pissed, and would definately say someting some people!
