Would you be upset if...

your bridal party was trying to plan your bachelorette party over a month before your wedding. I really wanted it to be closer to the actual date like 2 weeks before....but aparently that are all too busy.

not really.... i think that a couple of weeks before the wedding, you are going to be sooo concerned with the final preparations for the wedding that you will be happy you didn't have it then!

I haven't really given it much thought, but I think I would jsut be happy that they were all getting together for me. Besides, the two weeks before your wedding might be too hectic.

my shower was March 1st
me wedding is May 17th.

I liked it this way, I got to put all my stuff away & trust me 2 weeks before your wedding you will be too busy for a shower!

Mine is going to bea little on the early side also.
My wedding is in February and they're looking to have the shower probably sometime in early November so it won't interfere with the holidays.

I wouldn't care. I would be thankful that they would want to make sure that they all could participate. I think thats what really counts, that they will all be with you to live it up

mine was 5 weeks before, and it was still fun. You have to do what works for everyone I guess.

Are you kidding??? I think I'd be ecstatic at the thought of my BMs actually getting off their lazy a$$es and considered giving me a second of their time and didn't try to put it together all half a$$ed and last minute.

Okay, I'm a little annoyed at most of them right now, can you tell?

I had mine a little over a month before - and didn't mind. I actually organized the date myself. One BM asked me if I wanted it like 4 months before and I thought that was a crazy question - esp. since all the girls live locally. And esp because that ould have been before my brother's wedding and everyone knew I didn't want to take anything from his event.

I do prefer them close like 2-3 weeks before the wedding best....

Nope, a few weeks before the wedding I'm going to be very busy! But, mine will be 2 days before! Most of my BMs are out of state, so we have to do it when everyone's in town for the weekend!

Its usually planned a month before your wedding! Your bridal party is doing it right....

Not at all - I think that a) it's hard to get a group together to do anything, IMO and b) as the big day approaches you'll have so much on your mind maybe this will be your only free time left (inlcuding the next day for recovery)
