Would you buy FG dress on Ebay...brand new with tags?
Hi girls...
So my flower girl dresses sell for a little over $100 in the stores. Century 21 apparently had them for $50 but the selection was very limited and the dresses were a filthy mess there. I can get them from bridaldiscounters.com for $76 but just saw them on Ebay for $69...I know not a huge difference from $76. Would you girls order something like this from Ebay or do you think it's better to order from bridaldiscounters? The seller has a ton of all positive feedback....dresses are brand new with tags. Here is the link...what do you think? I need 2 - just trying to save my FG's mother any $ I can - they are twins! Thanks girls!

I never hesitate to buy from ebay- especially if they have a good feedback rating.

IF IT IS BRAND NEW THAN YES I WOULD.... IF NOT AND IF IT HAS BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR A WHILE-- NO
I THINK THAT DRESS WOULD BE FINE

i purchased my bm gowns from there and was very impressed with the quality and how fast i received them. but like some mentioned, you want to pay attention to what kind of feedback they have received from others.

I would buy on ebay. The buyer appears to have good feedback which is a plus.

did you note the return policy? make sure you are confident about the size you will be ordering

We bought our FG Dresses from the seller butterflyxc on ebay. Even though they stated teh same return policy as the vendor you're looking into, I sent them an email, and asked if I would be able to exchange, if the dresses didn't fit, and that I would cover all shipping expenses - the seller did not have a problem, shipped the dresses, and they were perfect.

what's the tax and shipping charges? Figure that out b/c it may be better to pay the extra $10 at the store!!

I have bought a lot of wedding related items (new) from e-bay and had no problem. We were discussing last night how much money I have saved so far by buying from e-bay. All the little things add up. And why spend a fortune on a dress that the kid is going to grew out of in a few months. I say go for it.

remember there is shipping that you have to alot for.. which one has the better shipping rate???

Great idea - I will do that. We actually already took the girls to the store to try the dress on so we are pretty certain on their sizes but it would be good to know we could return if we need to for some reason.
As for shipping - I will definitely ask about that. The store where it's $10 more is also online so there would be shipping involved with that too...but good point - I will look into whose ever shipping is less and go with that.

I did and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. . . and at only 21.95 plus shipping it saved me about $100. . . ahhh. . . saving money. . . always a good thing

That's what I was gonna suggest. I bought my FG dress off of EBAY from a seller called Adorable dresses. The dress is gorgeous and they included gloves and a floral head wreath all for $33 + shipping. Most Ebayers charge around $15 for shipping FG dresses. Email them and ask how much the shipping is. Good luck

Just heard back....shipping is only $7.45 for the 2 dresses together...so that is great. just realized bridaldiscounters.com has very high shipping rates...for a FG dress. $20 for first dress and $12 each additional dress. So I'm happy I found these on ebay for cheaper and nice cheap shipping!
