Would you call????

My photographer has been driving me nuts since the wedding. Many pics were missing in my proofs, he's totally taking longer than he says to do everything and I am sick of excuses.
'I took most of December off to be with my daughter who was home from college'
'My lap top is going in to be repaired for 10 days'
Its always something.
?: We finalized the albums more than 3 weeks ago and he said they would be done in 2 weeks. I really wanted to have it to share for Easter. Should I call him or just wait it out?



OMG!!!!! Now I call and he says can you come in the 17th to OK everything, my wife is going out of town next week and I have the baby so I won't be back in the office till the following week. I said 'Come in for what? I thought everything was finaloized aside from a couple of minor changes and that we were up to printing and that mine and my mother's albums were supposed to be done in 2 weeks which was over 3 weeks ago.' And he says 'well I am not going to do a half a$$ed job just to get it done'....WHAT? We reviewed the digital layout at the office and I loved it. we finalized colors and this and that and now I need to go back in on the 17th and then he tells me it will be 6 weeks after that because the album has to get bound!!!!!!

absolutely call and I would be very stern about it!!!

Call him and also threaten to call the BBB if he keeps giving excuses.
You paid him for a service and he should do what he was paid for.
You should also tell him about liweddings.com and that you will share your experience with him and he might see a decrease in business.
