Apparently Jamie Lynn sold the rights to baby pictures to some mag for $1 mil. Would you get preg at 16 for $1 million? (assuming you'd be keeping the baby, obviously, so abortion/adoption are not options)
not that i am by any means rich, but a million dollars isnt even that much now a days, i mean yea youd be pretty much set for a while and could buy a house, but its not like you would never have to work a day in your life or anything or could quit your job!!! plus your adolescence would be over!!!! i would never

hmmmmmm......I can't say I wouldn't...I've done almost everything early in my life..I started college at 16, and I met FH at 16...so for a million?? hmm...i've always wanted to have kids fairly young...but I'd definitely want to be married first..i'd want to provide a stable environment for my child..

How pregnant is she? I mean, not to be so pessimistic, but what if something happens to the baby?

I wouldnt get pregnant for any amount of money. That would just be an awful circumstance to have a child and what do you say when the baby asks about how they were conceived. 'Aw Honey I was offered a million bucks to have you even though I wasnt ready'![]()

Exactly!!! A baby should be conceived out of love, not greed!!!

Exactly!!! A baby should be conceived out of love, not greed!!!
But do you think the baby was concecived for greed...or because there was a 16 and 19 year old involed and they were irresponsible? I don't think that poor child was conceived for greed, I just think they will bank on the unfortunate circumstances.

No I agree with you both, I don't think she did it out of greed. That was just my answer to the question asked on the thread, saying that I wouldn't personally do it for these reasons!

Maybe I'm naive...but I'm still shocked by her being pregnant. You can see her on VH1, MTV, or E! saying how shocked she is by her sisters behavior. I think this is a case of parents focusing all their attention on one child and loosing track of another.

Maybe I'm naive...but I'm still shocked by her being pregnant. You can see her on VH1, MTV, or E! saying how shocked she is by her sisters behavior. I think this is a case of parents focusing all their attention on one child and loosing track of another.
Im still shocked too! You never really hear if teen stars being pregnant. Her parents definitely neglected her while Brit was having her meltdowns. Its really sad and I dont wanna sit hear calling her a disgrace anymore because the more I read about her, the more sad it makes me.
Honestly I know she is young, but IMO I'm suprised it doesn't happen more often. Look at all the regular girls in the world that get pregnant young. It's sad, but it is the truth! Makes me wonder how many of these young stars end up having abortions?
