Would you let a GC go to waste?

I won a GC for $ off a rehearsal dinner at a place I am not interested in having it. But I feel bad about letting it go to waste.

What do you think?

can you give it away, or sell it? Maybe use it for a different event, like could your bp use it for the shower? Or are you going out to dinner for your bachelorette party?

Since you won it, I wouldn't feel too bad.

Is it a restaurant you like?
Does it have to be a RD?
Do you think you would ever have a party at this restuaurant?
What about selling it?

That's the problem. I can only use it for a RD, and it has my name on it, so I don't think I can sell it or give it away. The cost pp for a RD here is way more than I want to spend, even with the GC.
