Apple Crumble with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Whipped Cream and Caramel
I'm thinking about making monday night FH and my private thanksgiving dinner. I'm hoping this menu has the flavors of thanksgiving without screaming TURKEY, STUFFING, AND CRANBERRY SAUCE, considering that we're doing the big traditional thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.
What do you ladies think? Would you like to eat this meal? Would your FH like to eat this?

I wouldn't eat the soup, but i'm not a fan of pumpkin or soup i wouldn't eat the cabernet sauce, but that's only because i'm a picky eater. the potatoes and the dessert sound yummy!
FH would eat everything and then some.

i personally wouldnt eat it but thats bc im a fussy PIA... i dont really eat red meat... dont like pumpkin flavored things either... my FH on the other hand would love it... i think the menu sounds GREAT.. if you know those are things your FH would eat i think its perfect!
