Would you like this favor?

In addition to doing a donation to the American Heart Association in my dad's name, I was thinking about doing these little individually wrapped boxes that hold 2 chocolates in them....

What do you think? One at each place setting?

i'm all for it! i'm thinking of doing something along the same lines. i just want them to have a little something to take home and who doesn't like chocolate ya know

Those boxes are really pretty and I think chocolate favors go over well. Do you think you need to do those if you are doing the donations though?

FH's cousin did a donation in her father's name also, and everyone loved the idea. They printed up cards explaining that in lieu of a favor, donations were being made to these charities.

I MIGHT do it from white aisle. It's either $2.75 fully assembled WITH the chocolate ( ) or $1.50, unassembled (with all of the materials pre-cut) and WITHOUT the chocolate.

I'd DIY and add my own candy!

LOVE it. We're doing donations as well... a few people we knew was either diagnosed with or passed away from cancer this past year alone. So we're donating to the american cancer society.

I think it's a great way to honor your dad.
