A photo blanket? I want to do something special for a friend who made me an amazing scrapbook. But I cant think of much of anything. Any Ideas???

That is very useful. I had an afgan(sp?) made w/my sorority crest, and I use it constantly!
I think it's a great idea and a great gift - I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated.

Personally, no I wouldn't. I just really do NOT like things like that at all. I think 'photo gifts' are more appropriate for things involving children, but that's JMHO.
Also.. if you don't want Sabrina to read this, you should put that in the subject. If she sees the line in your thread, she's already opened it and knows what it's about...

Thanks but shes not on this website very often anyway if ever.....So can you suggest something else then? She made me a scrapbook and it was very personal. I want to do something like that but obviously not the same thing. So I need ideas.....PS a photo blanket what I would do is ask for photos from people close to her and put them on a quilt.

I know this isn't in the same gift caliber but what about making her a CD with songs that remind you of stuff you've done together...then you can make a little booklet explaining why you picked each one and maybe even stick some photos in there...its kind of more along the scarpbook lines w/out repeating what she did....

What about one of those electronic picture frames -- and you can program in a bunch of pictures. You can ask your mutual friends for some pictures to add to it as well.
You could probably even get it engraved.

I need something that will take a lot of work. She out soooo much work into my gift. Mailed out letters and had people write stuff about me and send pics then put the whole thing together. I just want something that shows that i worked hard and put a lot of thought into it I just dont know what to do

Personally, I would LOVE something like this! I love photo gifts.
i love that idea it is original and i havent seen too many people doing that. i think its great

I love the photo blanket idea...but i like a quilt...like someone else said you can use photos of her and close friends and family but instead put them all over the quilt
