Would you make an appointment to see this house?

Would you make an appointment to see this house?

I saw a house on mlsli.com that was ok on the outside, but looked like maybe it was promising on the inside. Not my dream house. But a possible start. I e-mailed the realtor (with FH egging me on) to see if it was available etc. . .

So last Sunday we went to an open house for this shotty looking condo and the realtor was a really pushy woman. FH COULDN'T STAND HER.

So I got an e-mail back for mlsli the house, and you guessed it, it was from the realtor we didn't like. Would you want to work with a pushy person like this?

I saw a woman last Friday that I won't work with. She was pushy, when I've told her we are in no rush. Then, she took me to homes that I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to live in! The smelled like dirty cats lived there..
I'm going w/ someone else. I have her sending me e-mails, but it's really a waste of her time. She didn't even listen to me at all, so, why should she make any $$ off of me? That's the way I see it. You really need to have someone understand what you're looking for etc...

Hope that helps.

Absolutely find someone you want to work with. You definitely want to work with someone you click with. It goes both ways, most good agents really only like to work with people they click with too!

If the house is on Multi listing...then you can go look at it with another broker that you choose
