Well it doesn't look like you can see in from the outside but it would be freaky to be using it and see everyone walking around you!

There's a bar (I can't remember the name) that has see-through doors in the bathroom stalls. Once you go in there the doors steam over and no one can see in - it's pretty freaky

I read about this a while ago--I think it may have been in England somewhere, and was really more of an art installation than a real public toilet (although it did work and you could totally use it). But the responses that people are having is the whole point--that you'd be so freaked out, even though nobody outside could see in.
