What would you do if you filed a claim against a vendor and got called by the People's Court (I don't know how they find this stuff out!)
Would you want to go on TV or just handle it quietly between arbitrators in small cliams court?

personally, I would prefer to just handle it quietly in small claims court.... Unless, I was not sure I would win in small claims, court and if part of the agreement was that regardless of the out come i'd get paid what I was fighting for from peoples court, then I might consider it

I would totally say no to the people's court.... it's ridiculous... I would want a genuine court to hear the case

I would say no. I feel like it trivalizes the situation and both parties usually come off looking dumb.

I agree! But... if I'm not mistaken, regardless if you win or lose the case on TV, I believe that you are paid the settlement sought by the show. Something to think about.

i probably would do it--cause i do believe that no matter what, you are paid a certain amount of $$ to be on the show.
but if you aren't comfortable, you should just do it regular in the courts.

Thanks for your input.
I really don't love the idea of one airing their dirty laundry on tv but I think that it would serve as a warning to other brides on what they should look out for when booking a vendor.
I don't know....

I would like to, but not for a wedding, I think it would bring too much attention to the wedding and it may backfire on you, but thats just me. You have to do what you both feel is right, there is no right or wrong answer here, its fully up to you guys........Good luck with everything.

I wouldn't want to air out my dirty laundry on national television.
