I went to make a deposit to my bank account yesterday and the lady handed me my balance back and there was 3600 dollars that wasn't mine in my account!!!! Tease.

I think we should be able to keep the money when that happens!! But if they accidentally take money out of ours they need to give it back!! The bank should pay themselves. Its their error. Otherwise we should be able to sue for emotional distress of being told we had money and then told it wasn´t true!!

Why doesnt that happen to me!? Someone hacked into my account a month ago and 2 grand was missing! They caught the guy though so I got it back!
