I know I'm not the only bride doing this, but FH and I have been house hunting since November in anticipation of moving by this summer. We just found a house and put an offer in. We picked out our wedding bands right after we put the offer on the house and the owners accepted the day after! Inspection is this Saturday, then cake tasting and FH and his son are getting fitted for tuxes.Big day is 45 days away and we'll be closing a couple of weeks after (hopefully)
I feel like my head is going to explode! LOL. I know it's all great things, but I feel so overwhelmed.
Oh - and only half our guest list has RSVP'd and the cut off date is this Saturday. Thank God I made it early! Why can't people just drop it in the mailbox???

Seriously, we give them a simple card to fill out, and a freaking stamp. There is NO work involved lol.And having the house situation 6 weeks before the wedding is certainly NOT ideal lol. But you gotta grasp the opportunity when it arises, right? Hopefully I wont lose any hair over this in the next month and a half lol.

I totally understand! we closed on the house and got engaged at the same time. It was soooooo overwhelming. Just tell yourself you aren't closing till after the wedding so try and focus on enjoying the time you have left and after the wedding you can focus on the house

I cant even imagine. When we bought our home we had such issues that I thought I was going to lose my mind, and the stress I am feeling from the wedding. I cant even imagine combining the 2, but I wish you much luck.

I know right...there will always be two kinds of people. Those who do things on time, and those who run on their own. Don't fret you'll get them, or do some calling and scare them into action. My aunt did this for my cousins wedding and its always effective lolCongrats on the house!
